Attorney Goldman's diverse experience, as legal counsel for lending institutions, developers and small business owners, together with his prior personal business experience as president and chief operating officer of Connecticut's largest privately-owned second mortgage lender and background as an accounting lecturer at The Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania, gives him a unique perspective on assisting business owners in their formation, contract negotiation, business planning and transactions.
